We asked him for possibilities to sell the garlic on the local vegetable market in Kremnica.

Afterwards there was a meeting with Zuzana Kucerova from the City of Banska Bystrica. The main topic here was the selling of garlic too.

Harvest 2015 FAIR FUTURE BIO GARLIC

In the first week of July, a group with 9 participants between 19 and 30 years old from Slovakia attended a training course at the LFS Alt-Grottenhof in Graz. The training content included a practical part concerning harvesting, cleaning and storage.

The theory was put into practice on the field and on the school yard. The garlic was harvested, cleaned and stored for drying.

But also the leisure time was full of sports, enjoyment and a common BBQ with EUROPEAN NEIGHBOURS.

Many thanks to Jana Tomova (EUROPEAN NEIGHBOURS Slovakia) and her team, and director Erich Kerngast and the staff of the LFS Alt Grottenhof for their GREAT SUPPORT!

The next step will be preparation for trade and production of the new FAIR FUTURE products.
