Integration as a chance for local economy

We were allowed to participate in the panel discussion of the Department of Economic and Tourism Development of the City of Graz.

It was a very interesting and lively discussion with participants such as Karl-Heinz Snobe (AMS Styria), Peter Riedler (University of Graz), Julia Bock-Schappelwein (WIFO) and many more.

It was pointed out that there are many opportunities for integration into the economy but some - such as legal, linguistic, ... - fundamentals must be created first in order to start a sustainable integration.

Other issues were vocational education and training. In these subjects, we see an great opportunity with our organization EUROPEAN NEIGHBOURS to participate in the integration process. There have been some useful follow-up meeting with Karl-Heinz-Snobe (AMS) and Andrea Keimel (Graz economic) to jointly development our FAIR FUTURE Education Initiative.

Thank you for the successful event!
